Ancient Zoroastrians saw fire as sacred. As a symbol of wisdom, truth, and eternal light. They lit sacred flames in their temples and tended to them with care; through peace, through war, through joy, through sorrow.

Their flames remind me of you.

There is a fire that is uniquely yours: passionate, brilliant, spirited, alive. It is yours before it is anyone else's, and yet it gives so much of itself so warmly. It shines so beautifully that I can't help but want to meet it with the same care those ancient flames were given. Patiently, tenderly, and always.

The flame you are, Amara.

Happy Birthday!!
Love,
Joshua
